Terms and Conditions – 6bet Platform Rules of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you, the user ("User"), and 6bet ("Platform", "we", "our"). By using 6bet, you agree to these terms in full, as well as to our Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling, which form an integral part of this document.

6bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When this occurs, registered users will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of 6bet after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create a 6bet account and use its services, the User must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a Brazilian resident and hold a valid CPF.
• Not be on any betting exclusion list or have an active self-exclusion with 6bet.
• Not have had a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• Be an individual — business accounts are not permitted for betting purposes.

Only one registration per CPF. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being blocked and any accumulated balances and bonuses being forfeited. If we identify that you hold more than one account, we will reach out to resolve the situation.

3. Your 6bet Account

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out using your access credentials — username and password. 6bet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the User's failure to keep their password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access or have lost your credentials, contact our support team immediately at suporte@6bet.express.

3.2 Accurate Information

When creating your account, you agree to provide only accurate and up-to-date information. Your full name, CPF, date of birth, and contact details must be correct and match valid identification documents. 6bet may request supporting documents at any time — especially before processing withdrawals above certain amounts — as part of the identity verification (KYC) process.

3.3 KYC Process

To meet legal obligations and protect all users on the platform, 6bet performs identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC) which may include:

• Submission of a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport).
• Recent proof of address (utility bill for electricity, water, or gas, or a bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (for Pix withdrawals, confirmation that the key belongs to the account holder).

The KYC process is typically completed within 48 business hours. During this period, withdrawals may be placed under review. Accounts that do not complete verification within the requested timeframe may have certain features temporarily restricted.

4. Deposits and Payments

6bet accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

• Pix — instant approval, no fees, available 24 hours a day.
• Boleto bancário — processed within 1 business day after clearing.
• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo) — instant approval, subject to the card issuer's assessment.
• PicPay — instant approval.
• Mercado Pago — instant approval.
• TED Transfer — through Brazil's major banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander), with processing within 1 business day.

The minimum deposit amount at 6bet is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit amount, subject to the limits of your financial institution. 6bet charges no fees on deposits — the amount credited to your account is exactly the amount you deposited.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals at 6bet are processed preferably via Pix, with an average processing time of under 3 minutes after approval. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, or be the Pix registered under the account holder's name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. 6bet charges no fees on withdrawals. Withdrawals via boleto or TED may take up to 3 business days to clear, depending on the receiving bank.

5.2 Pre-Withdrawal Verification

For withdrawals above R$ 2,000.00, 6bet may require completion of the KYC process before processing the payment. This verification is a requirement under Brazilian financial regulations and is designed to ensure the User's security and the platform's legal compliance.

5.3 Bonus Balance

Balances from bonuses and promotions can only be withdrawn after the corresponding promotion's rollover requirement (minimum wagering) has been met. The real deposit balance — meaning funds actually deposited by the User — may be withdrawn at any time, regardless of active bonuses.

6. Betting – General Rules

Bets placed on 6bet are subject to the general rules described in this section and to the specific rules for each sport, available on the platform.

• A bet confirmed and accepted by the 6bet system is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the User, unless the cash out feature is available for that specific bet.
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the guaranteed odds, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• 6bet reserves the right to suspend, void, or correct bets in cases of obvious technical error, incorrectly published odds, or events whose outcome was influenced by external irregularities.
• If an event is cancelled before it begins, all related bets are fully refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled event is removed and the total odds are recalculated.
• Live betting results are determined by the official score at the end of regular time, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms for each market.

6.1 Live Betting and Cash Out

Live betting is available on the major events covered by 6bet — Brasileirão, Libertadores, UFC, and more. Live odds are dynamic and update in real time as the event unfolds. The cash out feature allows the User to settle a bet before the final result, receiving a value calculated by the system based on the odds at the time of cash out. The cash out amount may be less than, equal to, or greater than the original stake, depending on how the match is progressing.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

6bet offers different types of promotions to its users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, published on the Promotions of the platform. The general rules for all 6bet promotions are:

• Bonuses are additional credits granted by 6bet and have no cash value until the corresponding rollover requirement has been met.
• The rollover is the total amount of qualifying bets the User must place before being able to withdraw the bonus funds.
• Cancelled, refunded, or push bets do not count toward rollover completion.
• Bets placed on events with odds below the minimum specified in each promotion do not count toward the rollover.
• Promotions are intended for personal use and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 6bet reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, with advance notice to affected users whenever possible.
• Abusive use of promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the bonus being cancelled and may lead to account closure.

The 6bet welcome bonus is intended exclusively for new registrations — one use per CPF, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once will be detected by our system and the amounts will be voided.

8. Casino and Games

6bet offers live casino games, including live Blackjack, roulette, baccarat, live poker, slots, and crash games. These games share the same balance as your Sports Betting account. The following specific rules apply to casino games:

• The outcomes of all casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by live dealers streamed in real time, ensuring fairness.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game description within the platform. 6bet does not guarantee winnings, and the RTP is calculated over millions of rounds, not individual sessions.
• Casino bonuses have rollover requirements and contribution percentages that vary by game type, as detailed in each promotion's terms.
• If a technical failure occurs during a game session — such as an internet disconnection or a 6bet system interruption — the round in progress will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the User's balance.

9. Prohibited Conduct and Use

The User agrees not to use 6bet for any of the following purposes:

• Bets placed in a coordinated manner across multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes or generate artificial winnings (collusion).
• Use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any technology that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
• Deliberate and systematic exploitation of technical errors, bugs, or incorrectly published odds.
• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity through the platform.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or in communications with support.
• Assigning, selling, or sharing an account with third parties.
• Any conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

6bet uses automated systems and human review to identify suspicious activity. Accounts found engaging in prohibited behavior may have bets cancelled, balances frozen, and be permanently closed, with no right of appeal in cases of proven fraud.

10. Account Closure

10.1 Closure by the User

You can request the closure of your 6bet account at any time by contacting our support team at suporte@6bet.express. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and the available balance may be withdrawn via Pix or another available method.

10.2 Closure by 6bet

6bet reserves the right to permanently close or temporarily suspend any account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Using multiple accounts to improperly claim bonuses.
• Request by competent authorities in Brazil.
• Extended inactivity (account with no access for more than 12 consecutive months).

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, 6bet may retain balances derived from bonuses or irregular bets. Real deposit balances will be returned to the User after the investigation is complete, except in cases of proven fraud.

11. Privacy & LGPD

6bet is committed to protecting its users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). The way 6bet handles personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

In short, the data collected by 6bet is used to:

• Operate and maintain your account and the platform's services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions.

• Losses resulting from bets placed within the platform's rules — the outcome of bets is inherently uncertain.
• Unauthorized access to the User's account caused by the User's own failure to keep their credentials confidential.
• Third-party content or services that may be accessible through the platform.
• Payment processing delays caused by external financial institutions.

6bet's maximum liability to any User, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the User's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Changes to the Terms

6bet may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian law, betting market regulations, or platform features. When significant changes are made, active users will be notified by email at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

The current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document. By continuing to use 6bet after new terms take effect, the User confirms their acceptance of the changes made.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 6bet platform will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts. The elected venue for conflict resolution is the judicial district of the User's domicile in Brazil, unless otherwise required by law.
